Invafresh and Gelson’s Markets expanded their partnership to include in-store production and centralized kitchen operations.

Gelson’s has used the tech to improve operational efficiency across its 27 specialty grocery stores by cutting shrink, ensuring regulatory compliance and having a centralized repository of over 4,700 recipes.

Gelson’s has grown its partnership with Invafresh through the addition of Production Planning and Commissary solutions, providing them with comprehensive visibility across their entire fresh food retail operations for both in-store and central kitchen operations.
