The Save Mart Companies has chosen SymphonyAI Retail CPG to implement its predictive artificial intelligence technology to spot customer trends and behavior, the data analytics company announced Thursday.

The predictive technology can highlight problems and find solutions to issues like out-of-stock products. It’s also capable of “developing smarter shelf plans to bring the intelligent, connected store to reality,” SymphonyAI said in the press release.

It will help us be a better partner while giving our shoppers the personalized, intimate shopping experience they deserve.”

The CINDE Insights technology enables The Save Mart Companies to “personalize and target promotions to the right customers, engaging new shoppers to drive larger baskets,” SymphonyAI said in a statement.
