What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Being able to create and implement new programs and trends with my team. Seeing a successful finished program that makes the products more exciting is the greatest reward.
What inspires your leadership approach?
Watching your team members grow under your leadership and seeing their excitement when they successfully become leaders themselves in promotional events.
What do you value most about being a part of the grocery business?
The relationships I have built over the years with retailers, vendors and friends at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association. I have been able to create lifelong friendships with so many great people in this industry.
Favorite food?
Any kind of cheese.
