What makes Jerry a Champion of Change?
Jerry is the team lead in deli, developing production methodologies OBMs to improve work- production standards. Jerry led the development of written content with photos, videos, food safety and sanitation and clear direction for every item produced in our delis. Examples include how to fry chicken with double breading, how to heat and serve hot foods like wings, tenders and baked chicken, and much more. In all, Jerry developed more than 100 training vignettes.
