Sarah has taken on the task of improving Albertsons’ bakery digital footprint for ACI. She has collaborated and supported the division teams to launch bakery storefronts on DoorDash, improved our image catalog on our e-commerce site and worked across a cross-functional team to add bakery bulk products to the e-commerce site. Adding fresh products to the digital world is challenging. Sarah has taken on the challenge and continues to break down barriers and find solutions to all roadblocks. Sarah has shown she embodies all the necessary skills to accomplish anything she aspires to.
What makes Sarah an effective leader?
Sarah is an active member of the company's mentor/mentee program as a mentor. She has been a valuable resource with anything related to digital, ecommerce, systems, etc. No matter the issue, the company is able to count on Sarah to find the appropriate resource to solve any issue with internal systems.
