QUINCY, Mass. — Ahold USA here, operator of the Stop & Shop, Giant, Martins, and Peapod supermarket brands, is using RollStream, Fairfax, Va., to communicate and collaborate with its food and general merchandising suppliers.
Ahold is using RollStream to store business information about its 1,400 direct suppliers via a self-maintained, supplier directory. Ahold also plans to leverage RollStream to manage large-scale rollouts of strategic technology initiatives, execute operational supplier compliance projects within the business divisions, and share strategic supplier information management across operating divisions in the upcoming months.
