PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market here announced that it now has four certified holistic nutrition educators. The individuals — one from each of the four regions that Sprouts serves — completed training courses through the Australasian College of Health Sciences, Portland, Ore. Classes in holistic nutrition there stress the interplay of physical and emotional factors in contributing to overall health and wellness. The four will use their education to develop nutrition programs and promotions for customers. Currently, Sprouts holds more than 60 educational seminars per month focused on healthful living.
