Corrigan Corporation has launched and is installing its VaporDry large space humidification systems throughout the United States.

“The customer demand and response to this technology is exciting. Controlling humidity levels in larger spaces really has saved our customers money. Produce shrinkage, bread dough water loss, meat processor carcass chilling, and cheese aging are a few applications where the savings have been significant,” says Mike Corrigan, chief executive officer. “The simplicity of the design allows our customers to easily implement and operate the system. They no longer have water loss affecting their product quality and profits.”

VaporDry uses a proprietary, patent pending design with close tolerance machined nozzle technology. VaporDry produces the largest volume of dry fog from a single nozzle with droplet sizes as small as 2 microns and consistently below 10 microns. Dry fog particles of this size evaporate rapidly before wetting the floor or any surface. The system operates with low air and water pressures, so maintenance costs are minimal. Humidity levels up to condensation are achieved with various control options.
