Texas grocer H-E-B on Wednesday opened a new Georgetown supermarket, about 25 miles north of Austin. At 121,000 square feet, the new store replaces a 34-year-old location half that size that was less than a mile away.

“We’ve been part of Georgetown for more than 55 years and we look forward to serving this community with a larger store that offers a wide assortment of products and services,” Top Store Leader Kenny Scott said in a statement. “With an enhanced in-store experience and commitment to top-quality service and selection, this new store is tailored to serve the needs of this growing community.”

The new Wolf Lakes Village H-E-B features a two-story True Texas BBQ restaurant with a full-service bar. The store’s larger size gives it the space to offer an expanded selection of products and services, H-E-B said.

Indoor and outdoor seating, along with a full-service bar, is available at the store's two-story True Texas BBQ location.
