Ahold Delhaize USA chain Food Lion has completed a remodel on 47 stores in North Carolina with a $77 million capital investment. The grocer included an extensive product assortment with a specific focus on affordable and easy meal solutions for consumers, reports local news outlet WNCT

The remodeled stores are located in Greenville, Jacksonville, and New Bern, N.C., and Food Lion will hold ribbon-cutting events on Aug. 2 at the 47 locations, featuring giveaways and discounts.

This comes after the grocer announced the completion of 30 remodeled stores in May, with a capital investment exceeding $50 million in the Wilmington, N.C., area.
