Fareway Stores has promoted three employees to executive roles within the company.

Bret Wiltse was named executive vice president of merchandising, Rick Beckwith II was named vice president/supervisor, and Stephen Morgan was named vice president IT, the company said in a press release. The roles are effective March 1.

“These officers are important members of our team, having been instrumental in supporting and executing Fareway’s strategy. They contribute greatly to our core and expanding operations, and will be important to our continued success,” said Fareway CEO Reynolds W. Cramer. “We are excited to identify, foster, develop, and grow talent at Fareway; and Bret, Rick, and Stephen are three excellent examples of that.”

A Fareway spokesperson could not immediately be reached for comment.

Fareway made headlines last year for relocating its headquarters from Boone, Iowa, to the city of Johnston, about 35 miles south.
