While they were at it, the chefs at “I and love and you” added a new allergy-friendly flavor, raw raw lamb boom ba, featuring free range lamb as the first ingredient. The raw homemade food comes in 1.5-pound and 5.5-pound bags, which makes 16 or 60 cups of fresh food, respectively. Homemade raw diets from “I and love and you” are made using freeze dried meats and dehydrated fruits and vegetables, including low glycemic carbs like sweet potatoes and split peas. “The raw diets from “I and love and you” contain the same type of raw, natural ingredients that dogs and cats were meant to eat,” says Dr. Jean Hofve, on-staff holistic vet at “I and love and you” who specializes in animal nutrition and approves all recipes.  “Biologically speaking, raw food is more appropriate and more beneficial to overall health.” “I and love and you” makes raw homemade food for dogs that is prepared by just adding water. The food is made with grass fed, free range, and cage free meats raised without the use of antibiotics or added hormones and with GMO-free fruits and veggies, add company officials, and never include animal by-product meals, rendered fats, or fillers such as corn or rice.  All food is made in the USA and treats are made in the USA and Brazil.
