Futur-Tek logo in a gray background | Futur-TekFutur-Tek has introduced a line of vases that can be added to a number of surfaces to brighten up everyday places. Heart Vases and Bud Vases can be used to decorate wine, gift-wrapped presents and boxed chocolates, giving retailers an opportunity to boost sales in these segments. The Heart Vase is a ceramic, heart-shaped mini-flower vase that is designed to both hide the peel-and-stick velcro-like hook-and-loop fasteners that allow it to stick to most vertical and horizontal surfaces. In addition to wine bottles, gift-wrapped presents and boxed chocolates, the vases can be added to computers, dashboards and file cabinets, as well as mirrors, patio doors and the fridge. “I first came up with the idea when I thought how nice it would be to enjoy flowers on my dashboard," said Tom Kahan, president of Futur-Tek. "With peel-and-stick velcro, they can attach and reattach easily almost anywhere.” The Heart Vases are available in a variety of messages, including Love You, Friends Forever, Happy Birthday, God Bless This Baby, Home Sweet Home and more. Heart and Bud Vases are available with a white or red silk rose or just solo, so the vase can be filled with fresh or other silk flowers by customers and/or people receiving the vase as a gift. The vases are also available in gift boxes with a blank greeting card inside. Together, they make a gift and card ensemble that’s easy to send and even fun to give in person, according to the company. The boxed vases go on a POP carousel designed to hold all 18 Heart Vase, both styles of Angel Hearts. For retailers, Futur-Tek offers signage that can also show how its Heart Vase brighten customers' favorite brands of wine, wrapping paper and boxed chocolates, while directing customers in those sections  to a retailer's greeting card and/or floral departments to see the full selection and/or pick out a favorite mini-bouquet.
