The Turnip Truck in Nashville, Tenn., emphasizes the freshness of its natural or organic prepared foods that are often made with local ingredients. 

Despite its name, the two-store retailer is comprised of two brick-and-mortar retail locations — Turnip Truck Natural Market and Turnip Truck Urban Fare. Each has a full kitchen along with chefs who make its products fresh each day.
