At Roche Bros.’ newly opened Downtown Crossing flagship in Boston, customers can buy produce and flowers from a stand outside the store, the retailer wrote on its Facebook page.

Purchases can be made with a credit card. There is also street-side seating.

Inside the 25,000-square-foot store, the produce department’s “Chop Shop” offers 40 types of pre-cut vegetables.

Last fall, Roche Bros. installed a “farm stand” outside the Downtown Crossing location that sold produce, flowers and baked goods while the store was under construction.
