WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Workers at four Pennsylvania stores operated by Tops Markets here have voted to approve a new contract, the union said.

The agreement covers around 200 workers at Tops stores formerly owned by Penn Traffic in Wellsboro, Sayre, Troy and Canton, Pa., according to United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1776, Philadelphia, which represents the workers.

The contract provides for an improved wage scale and maintains the members' health and welfare benefits at no additional cost to the members, the union said.
