PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market, a specialty natural and organic retailer based here, will expand into Colorado in 2008, the company said on its website. Sprouts currently operates 24 stores in Arizona, California and Texas. The company, founded in 2002 by the former operators of the Henry’s Farmer’s Markets chain, said it has plans to open at least six stores next year including Colorado sites in Westminster and Parker.
