2007's Top 75 North American Food Retailers
Supervalu and Metro both jumped in this year’s Top 75 following acquisitions — Supervalu, which moved up four places to No. 5, acquired 1,124 stores in the Albertsons breakup, while Metro, which purchased A&P’s Canadian division, rose five places to 15th.
