Nash Finch Leases Former Giant Warehouse: Report

MINNEAPOLIS — Nash Finch Co. here has agreed to lease warehouse space at a former Giant Food facility in Landover, Md., published reports said Wednesday.

The warehouse, known as the Wolf Commerce Center, underwent a $7 million renovation after being acquired by real estate investors Alliance Partners in 2010. According to the Washington Business Journal, Nash Finch has leased 368,000 square feet at the facility.

A Nash Finch official was not immediately available for comment.
