MONTREAL — The SIAL Canada trade show will begin alternating every other year between Montreal and Toronto, the show's organizers said last month. This year's SIAL Canada trade show — part of the SIAL network of five food-related trade shows staged around the world — will take place April 21-23 at the Palais des Congres Montreal, where it has traditionally been held.
