Video: Hy-Vee’s Comer urges advance planning for cybersecurity issues

Ruth Comer, assistant VP of media relations at Hy-Vee, says when it comes to cybersecurity, “every company needs advance planning, and a big part of it is how do we communicate with customers.” She was interviewed by SN Editor-in-Chief David Orgel and Supermarket Guru Phil Lempert as part of SN's FMI Midwinter video series. (Comer was scheduled to participate on the cybersecurity panel at FMI Midwinter but was unable to attend; she was replaced on the panel by a colleague.)
