DAWN FOOD ACQUIRES RAGEN BAKERY

JACKSON, Mich. -- Dawn Food Products here has acquired the Ragen Bakery Equipment Division of Multitroniks, Warren, N.J.

hnut/pastry filling machine, said Bill Kirchen, national sales manager for the equipment division of Dawn Food.

The equipment will be manufactured at Dawn's equipment division, which makes icing conditioners and decorating/finishing tables.

Dawn Food Products makes bakery mixes and bases and is a supplier of a line of icings, fillings, frozen products and equipment.
