ROSWELL, Ga. -- Harry's Farmers Market here has put its bakery and bakery distribution facility up for sale, while it readies two more Harry's in a Hurry home-meal replacement stores in the Atlanta area.

Harry Blazer, president and chief executive officer of Harry's, said the company will now produce bakery items for stores from its Alpharetta farmers market, as it looks for a buyer for the 150,000-square-foot Atlanta-area bakery facility.

The newest Harry's in a Hurry store is expected to open within the next three months in the Akers Mill area. The company has also signed a lease for a fourth site in the Dunwoody Plaza area, and expects to open this store within the next six months.

The news came as Harry's and Progressive Food Concepts Inc., a subsidiary of Boston Chicken, Golden, Colo., announced plans to restructure their financial and intellectual property arrangements.

Beginning in late 1999, Harry's will have rights to move into Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina. Under the original agreement, the company's opportunity for expansion was limited to Georgia and Alabama.

At the same time, under the new agreement PFCI will be able to use Harry's intellectual property, but not the "Harry's" trademark, in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

If PFCI decides not to exercise its worldwide rights to the "Harry's" trademarks, they will revert to Harry's Farmers Markets, along with the intellectual property.
