Albertsons opens growler stations

Albertsons has opened its second growler department.

Located at 6560 South Federal Way in Boise, the growler department joins the retailer's first growler station at 3614 West State Street in Boise.

Gaspar Calamia, liquor sales manager of Albertsons Intermountain Division, introduced the growlers in an Albertsons blog:

“We’re all pretty excited about this. This microbrew trend shows no signs of slowing down and this allows us to offer high-trending and limited edition craft beer to our customers.”

Among the beers poured at the growler stations: Laughing Dog, Payette, Elysium, Manny’s and Mac & Jack.
