The Specialty Food Association recently hosted its 2017 Winter Fancy Food Show where 1,400 companies displayed over 80,000 products. While perusing and (let’s be honest) tasting the way through the exhibit halls, several trends became apparent. Here they are, along with special product mentions in each category.
