SN Price Check: Walmart is low-price leader in L.A.

Walmart’s baskets were the least expensive and had the most lowest-priced items during mystery shops conducted recently at a Los Angeles Walmart, Vons, Ralphs and Target.

The shops took place during the weeks of May 5, May 19 and June 2.

While Walmart made a statement about low price, Vons got high marks for store appearance and ease of shopping.
