The a2 Milk Co. has expanded its specially formulated milk product line with new Half and Half. The new variety is made from cows that naturally produce A2 beta-casein proteins, which the company says cause less discomfort than A1 and A2 proteins. A2 Milk Half and Half contains only real cows’ milk and cream with no added sugar.
