Dunnhumby USA Names New COO to Run U.S. Business
Dunnhumby USA, the data analysis and loyalty marketing firm based in Cincinnati, said it has named Stuart Aitken as its new chief operating officer to manage the company’s U.S. business.

CINCINNATI — Dunnhumby USA, the data analysis and loyalty marketing firm based here, said it has named Stuart Aitken as its new chief operating officer to manage the company’s U.S. business.
Simon Hay, the chief executive officer of Dunnhumby USA, is leaving to assume broader responsibilities with the company’s London-based parent company, Dunnhumby said.
Aitken most recently was chief marketing officer at retail craft chain Michael’s Stores, and previously he held executive marketing positions with Safeway. Dunnhumby USA is a joint venture between Cincinnati-based Kroger Co. and London-based Dunnhumby, and handles much of Kroger’s loyalty-marketing operations.
Separately, Dunnhumby USA also said it named Gary Cofer global executive vice president/manufacturer practice leader. He most recently was vice president of customer business development for North America for Procter & Gamble, also based here.
