GREENSBORO, N.C. — Specialty grocery chain The Fresh Market here will make its debut in New England next year as part of a new waterfront shopping district under construction in Hingham, Mass. The Fresh Market will be among the anchor tenants at The Launch at Hingham Shipyard, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project scheduled to open next spring, according to Samuel & Associates, the project’s Boston-based developer. Fresh Market currently operates 78 stores in 18 states. The Hingham location would be its first in the New England states, the retailer said.
