NEW PALESTINE, Ind. — Marsh Supermarkets is scheduled to stage a grand reopening of a store here tomorrow that previously had been one of its two Arthur’s Fresh Market locations. Marsh said it has invested $1.5 million to refurbish the location under its Marsh Hometown Market banner. The Arthur's was one of 16 stores the Indianapolis-based company closed in 2006 as it began reorganizing under private ownership.
