PORTLAND, Ore. — New Seasons Market here said it has reached an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission to provide some of the information subpoenaed by Whole Foods its antitrust case.

In a blog post on Friday, Brian Rohter, chief executive officer of New Seasons, he had agreed not to disclose further details of the settlement. “Obviously, we wish we weren't being forced to give any of our internal financial records to one of our competitors, but we're pleased that a compromise was reached,” he wrote.

As previously reported, Whole Foods was seeking detailed financial records and other internal marketing information from 93 food retailers in 29 markets as it seeks to prove that its 2007 acquisition of Wild Oats was not anticompetitive.
