ARLINGTON, Va. — The National Grocers Association here said Monday it has formed a new strategic partnership with Online Training Technologies, a Valley Forge, Pa.-based provider of learning solutions and content for employees at all levels.

According to NGA, the online training offered through the partnership will provide store owners, managers and staff with tools to help improve business operations, customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, merchandising skills and market competitiveness through more than 150 courses that can be customized to fit a company's specific needs.

"OTT looks to help companies committed to developing and nurturing their talent and competencies of their employees," said Leo McKernan, OTT president and general manager. "Our solutions will provide NGA members the means to achieve this goal."
