NGA Unveils New Board Members
The National Grocers Association named three new wholesale members and two new retail members to its 50-member board of directors.

ARLINGTON, Va. — The National Grocers Association here on Wednesday named three new wholesale members and two new retail members to its 50-member board of directors.
Newly elected wholesalers are James Denges, president and chief executive officer, Central Grocers, Joliet, Ill.; Robert Ling Jr., executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, Unified Grocers, Los Angeles; and Calvin Miller, president and CEO, Associated Grocers of Florida, Pompano Beach, Fla.
The newly elected retailers are Barry Queen, owner of Queen's Stores/Price Chopper, Paola, Kan., and Donald Weiss, Wise Way Super Centers, Merrillville, Ind.
Two directors are leaving the board: David Sinnwell, president and CEO, Dahl's Food Markets, Des Moines, Iowa; and Gerald Totoritis, president and CEO, Associated Grocers of the South, Birmingham, Ala.
