A Sendik's supermarket that is closing after one year in business will be replaced by a Pick 'n Save store later this year, according to local sources.

FRANKLIN, Wis. — A Sendik's supermarket here that is closing after one year in business will be replaced by a Pick 'n Save store later this year, according to local sources.
Sendik's at the Wyndham Village center opened last July 9 but has been unable to draw enough sales to cover costs, its operators told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel newspaper.
Milwaukee-based Roundy's Supermarkets will convert the location to its Pick 'n Save brand, a company spokeswoman told SN.
