MATTHEWS, La. — Rouses Supermarkets will take over a Winn-Dixie store scheduled to close here shortly and reopen it under the Rouses banner, the Times-Picayune newspaper reported.
The newspaper said Winn-Dixie would close the 31,500-square-foot store in July, with Rouses expecting to remodel and reopen by late August.
Rouses wasn’t immediately available for comment.
