BILLARICA, Mass. — Regional sales agencies Johnson, O'Hare here and SellEthics, based in Matthews, N.C., have formed a strategic partnership to offer services along the entire East Coast.

Johnson, O'Hare currently operates primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and SellEthics primarily in the Southeast. The partnership will be called JOH-SellEthics.

"We have been collaborating with SellEthics since 2002, and we believe that a partnership between our companies is the logical next step," said Chip O'Hare, chief executive officer, Johnson, O'Hare, in a prepared statement.

John Saidnawey, president and chief operating officer, Johnson, O'Hare, told SN the two companies "each have their own strengths" that the new partnership can leverage, while they also share many of the same technologies and systems.
