GLEN BURNIE, Md. — ShopRite's expansion into Maryland continued Tuesday when a new outlet opened here, its first in Anne Arundel County.

The store is operated by Collins Family Markets, a member of the Wakefern Food Corp. cooperative. Collins runs other ShopRite stores in Philadelphia.

ShopRite expanded to Maryland when the former Klein's chain joined the cooperative in 2009.
