SANFORD, N.C. -- The Pantry here said Tuesday that it had signed an agreement to purchase eight convenience stores in Gainesville and Ocala, Fla., from Rousseau Enterprises, Gainesville. Purchase terms were not disclosed. The stores operate under a variety of banners and generated $21 million in revenue in 2005. The Pantry operates more than 440 c-stores in Florida.
