United Elevates Van Rysdam as Sigel Retires

DAYVILLE, Conn. — United Natural Foods here said yesterday that Robert A. Sigel, who had been president of specialty distribution and president of the Millbrook Distribution Services division, would retire effective March 14. Named president of specialty foods at United Natural was Casey Van Rysdam, who joined the company in December as vice president of business development. He will report to Richard Antonelli, executive vice president and chief operating officer and president of distribution. United last month said the integration of Millbrook, which it acquired late last year, would take longer than it previously had anticipated.
