The store, expected to be around 120,000 square feet, will anchor a planned mixed-use development to be know as The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, being developed by High Real Estate Group.
The site, just outside the City of Lancaster, is in Manheim Township on Harrisburg Pike, just east of its interchange with U.S. Route 30.
