BelGioioso launched a new cheesey snack - Fresh Mozzarella Snacking Cheese. At only 70 calories, the individual packages of award winning cheese are described as the ultimate grab-and-go snack. Each 1-ounce package of cheese includes three 1/3-ounce Ciliegine balls, sealed without water in easy-open thermoform packaging. They are sold in 6- and 18-count bags, as well as for individual sale. The company suggests packing them in lunch boxes for a convenient snack, creating miniature skewers with grape tomatoes and prosciutto or pairing with tomatoes, roasted peppers, cured meats, melon, grapes, crackers or bread.
