Cheesecake Bites are bite-sized pieces of cheesecake enrobbed in chocolate that cater to people looking for portion-control indulgence. "They are great for entertaining and holidays; people like the individual sizes," says Marty Birch, marketing coordinator. Packed in a 9-count box, the bites come in three varieties—Chocolate, Strawberry and New York Cheesecake—and are available for in-store bakery and private label retail.
