These recipes and many more are part of the IPC’s gluten-free recipe collection. As awareness about gluten sensitivities has increased, so has the demand for gluten-free meal options. Frank Muir, president and CEO, IPC, says, “Not only are Idaho potatoes naturally gluten-free, but they are also an excellent source of fiber, vitamin C and potassium – and they taste great, too!” These new recipes are a must-try whether your diet is gluten-free or not, because they showcase the true power of the Idaho potato - adding amazing flavor without sacrificing nutrition, say IPC officials.
