Customers will share photos of their salad creations made with Litehouse dressings to receive a special discount. “National Salad Month is a perfect time to inspire our consumers to have a salad-filled, nutritious summer and make a lasting change towards a healthier lifestyle,” says Alison Kellogg, brand manager at Litehouse. “We are engaging consumers to get creative, have a little fun and show how simple it is to incorporate better eating habits into their daily lives—one salad bowl and Instagram post at a time.” From May 1st- May 31st, 2015, customers can Snap & Save, by sharing their freshest, most innovative Litehouse dressing moments on Instagram with the hashtag #SaladRevolution and the brand’s social handle @Litehousefoods to win a printable $1 off coupon for any Litehouse dressing. Litehouse’s pourable dressings come in more than 25 flavors, all MSG-free and preservative-free, with light, low fat, gluten-free, and USDA certified organic options, company officials say. Litehouse will continue the innovative salad focus throughout the month by offering new, unique recipes on the company’s website.
