The Sofidel Group, the second largest European company in the tissue sector (tissue for domestic and hygiene use) has bought the US Company Cellynne Holdings Inc and its marketing company Stefco Industries, an integrated paper tissue manufacturer in North America with three strategically located manufacturing facilities in Florida, Nevada & Wisconsin, particularly active and established in the private label retail industry and the away-from-home market. The Sofidel Group has been offering European retailers innovative, creative and high-quality private label tissue products for over 30 years. Sofidel has built a network of integrated plants throughout Europe with the latest technology close to its customers to improve service and reduce cost. Sustainability driven by reduced CO2 emissions, 100% certified fiber and reduced water consumption in the manufacturing process is a major priority of the company. With the acquisition of Cellynne Corporation and it marketing company Stefco Industries, Sofidel is taking the first step in building a similar business in North America based on the same priorities: innovation, quality and sustainability with plants close to its customers.
