What’s the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is bringing each project to fruition, which only occurs through teamwork and collaboration with the many individuals I work with on a daily basis. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the products and services reach the stores and into the hands of our customers.
What inspires your leadership approach?
For me, the team that I work with provides me the inspiration to lead. Each team member brings their unique expertise and skills to the table to produce great results as a whole.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
I’m grateful to be a part of an innovative industry that is in constant change and makes such an impact on the lives of consumers.
