What’s the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is being able to work with amazing people within my organization, the tremendous partners that I have within our customer base and the incredibly supportive networking relationships I have built over the years. I am grateful for the many creative and inspiring people I get to surround myself with.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I consider my role as a leader to be a supportive one. I feel my biggest responsibility is to advocate for my team and help them be able to do their jobs more effectively. Helping my team develop and grow, to find new challenges and opportunities, is the most fulfilling part of my job.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
I truly enjoy answering a consumer need. I get to work with products that are fun and exciting and find ways to get them in the hands of people who need them and will find value in them.
