PLANO, Texas — Crossmark here on Thursday said it is acquiring New Concepts in Marketing Inc. (NCiM), a product-demonstration company serving several retail chains and CPG firms.

The acquisition adds to Crossmark’s events and shopper marketing capabilities, creating what it described as the largest in-store marketing services company in North America.

NCiM is the event agency of record for BI-LO, Giant, Ingles, Raley’s, Roundy’s, WinCo and 12 Kroger divisions, Crossmark said. In addition, it provides turnkey services as the event agency-of-record for several CPG firms in the grocery channel.

“This acquisition will create value, strengthened relationships, and operational knowledge for our retailer and supplier partners,” said Joe Crafton, Crossmark president.
