NEW YORK — Gotham West Market isn’t your mother’s food court. The new addition to the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood here includes stalls from high-end restaurants, the premium slow-drip coffee shop Blue Bottle and the food store Brooklyn Kitchen. While there are many lunch options, the market is also ready to cater to the evening crowd. For instance, small-dish restaurant The Cannibal has two premixed cocktails on draft —a Negroni and a Manhattan — using nitrogen. The cocktails are normally $13, but go for $9 during happy hour. The restaurant also has 10 beers on draft and 150 beers in a cooler.
