Pirate’s Booty Sets Sail at the 88th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

The Pirate’s Booty “Treasure Hunt” pirate ship float is sure to bring adventure and pirate-y fun to more than 3.5 million spectators and more than 50 million television viewers nationwide. To celebrate the float’s inaugural sail down the Parade route, Pirate’s Booty will also launch an online “Share Yarrr Thanksgiving Traditions” contest in the coming month for a chance to win a trip for four to New York to watch the 2015 Parade live. The Pirate’s Booty “Treasure Hunt” float will make waves as the 40-foot tall pirate ship will display a giant treasure map and surprises that will shiver yarrr timbers as it makes its way down the streets of Manhattan. The Pirate’s Booty Pirate will come to life and steer the ship, while his first mate Crunchy the Parrot will keep a lookout from the crow’s nest. “The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a part of what makes Thanksgiving such a uniquely American holiday, bringing wholesome fun into millions of homes year after year.
